Optimizing Mowing Efficiency for Landroid Vision

For optimal performance, the Vision Mower requires clearly defined edges and trimmed grass to navigate efficiently and ensure even mowing.

Possible Cause

Tall grass or uneven edges may interfere with the AI’s ability to differentiate obstacles from the mowing area.

Trimming Lawn Edges and Grass

  • Trim grass and edges to a height below 9 cm to create a clear mowing path.

  • Properly maintained edges help the Vision Mower navigate seamlessly and achieve consistent results.

Solutions for Optimizing Mowing

  1. Magnetic Strip Position

    • If the magnetic strip is positioned too far from the edge, move it closer to the desired cutting area. This helps the mower trim edges precisely.

  2. Single Zones

    • Adjust the "Edge Distance" and activate the "Cut Beyond Edge" feature for full coverage.

    • These settings are accessible in the app menu under the "Multi-Zone" section. Select Zone 1 to apply changes.

  3. Multiple Zones

    • For multiple mowing zones, access the settings for each zone and make similar adjustments. This ensures consistent maintenance across all areas.
