Open the Settings menu (gear icon) on the mower to access general settings.
Go to the Diagnostic Interface by selecting the diagnostic menu.
Navigate in the diagnosis menu until you reach the service page 10/10, then press OK to select it.
Press OK to highlight "none".
When prompted, enter the pin code ABCDABCD.
After entering the pin, navigate to the Demo Mode Page, where you can select demo mode OFF.
This should successfully turn off demo mode on your device.
If your device is running firmware version 1.2.27_B33, 1.2.27_B35, or 1.2.33_B27, the issue is caused by the outdated firmware.
A manual USB firmware update to the latest version will fix the problem.
Log in to the Worx Account web panel.
If you haven’t registered for warranty, you’ll be prompted to do so.
Select your Landroid model, then download the latest firmware file to your computer by clicking Download.
Copy the firmware file directly to an empty USB stick formatted in FAT32 (do not unzip or rename it).
Open the battery compartment on your Landroid to locate the USB port.
Turn off the Landroid.
Insert the USB stick into the USB port, then turn the Landroid back on.
The Landroid will start downloading the firmware. When it displays “Please remove the USB key" or "USB", remove the USB stick without lifting the robot.
The firmware update will continue, and the Landroid will restart once complete. You will then be prompted to enter the PIN.
Your device is now updated and ready for regular use.
