Tutorial for Log Extraction

To extract logs from your Landroid, use an empty USB pen drive formatted in FAT32 (2, 4, or 8 GB recommended). Follow these steps carefully:

How to Extract Logs via USB

1. Turn on the mower and enter your PIN.

2. Wait until your Landroid has fully booted. You’ll first see the firmware version, followed by the main menu.

3. Once the main menu appears, insert the USB stick into the USB port located in the battery compartment. A short beep will confirm the connection.

4. The display will either show “USB” or prompt you to “Remove the USB drive.”

5. Unplug the USB drive from the mower.

6. Insert the USB drive into your computer. You’ll find a file named “LOG_xxxx.htm,” which contains the extracted logs.

By following these steps, you can easily retrieve log data for troubleshooting or support review.
