Wi-Fi issues may occur if the password is incorrect, the signal is too weak, or security settings are blocking the connection. Use the steps below to solve common Wi-Fi problems with your robot.
Wrong Wi-Fi password
Incorrect network settings
Security features like firewalls or parental control blocking access
Check your robot’s firmware:
Go to the app or settings menu
If needed, update to the latest firmware manually
Check your Wi-Fi settings:
Make sure your password is correct
Log in to your router and check the account and password
Test with a mobile hotspot:
Use a second phone to create a hotspot
Connect the robot to it
If it works, your home network might be blocking the signal
→ Check for firewall or security settings
→ If the robot still won’t connect, contact customer support
The robot is too far from the router
The Wi-Fi signal is weak or unstable
The router has restrictions, like parental control or limited frequency
Check Wi-Fi signal range:
Make sure the Wi-Fi signal covers the whole mowing area
Move the router or add a Wi-Fi extender if needed
Check router security settings:
Go into the router settings
Turn off parental control, firewall, or other restrictions
Use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi:
If the robot is far from the router, switch your Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz
This signal goes farther than 5 GHz
Optional (for supported models):
Use an FML module for a more stable connection if available
