E8 | Cannot Find Base | Cannot Find Base

Main Causes

  • Charging station improperly installed (slippery bottom plate, obstacles, magnetic strips nearby, QR code blocked or damaged).

  • QR code abnormality (damaged, dirty, exposed to strong light, blocked in garage).

  • Charging station power abnormal (indicator not green, unstable supply).

  • Mower bypasses or ignores charging station due to misalignment or blocked station.

  • Mower stops on magnetic strip because of foreign objects or wrong installation.

  • RFID not found → mower loops but cannot find charging station.

  • Outdated boundary data following a firmware update or changes to the garden layout.

Solution

  1. Ensure the charging station is installed correctly (flat, stable, no obstacles or magnetic strips nearby).

  2. Check the QR code on the charging station → it should be clean, not damaged, and not exposed to strong sunlight.

  3. Verify the power light on the charging station is green. If not, reconnect or try another socket.

  4. If your mower stops on the magnetic strip, make sure no foreign objects are at the stop position and that the strip is installed correctly.

  5. If your mower loops but does not find the charging station, please check the RFID installation.

  6. If you've updated the firmware or changed your garden layout, please reset the boundary data by enabling and disabling the "Cut over slabs" button in "My Lawn" → "Multi-zone," then run the "Edge Routine" from the menu "My Landroid" and the shortcut in the bottom right corner menu to update perimeter information.
