Charging ambient temperature too high or low

Cause: Battery pack outside normal temperature range during charging.

Solutionr:

1. Move charging base to cooler (if >55°C) or warmer (if <3°C) location.

2. Let the battery reach optimal range before charging.

3. If still abnormal, check battery diagnostic screen or contact service.

Charging station tilt

Cause: Station is tilted more than 5°.

Solutionr:

• Ensure charging station is placed flat and level.

Poor contact leads to repeated docking

Cause: Dirty or misaligned charging poles.

Solutionr:

• Clean charging poles, ensure full contact, re-dock machine.
