Summary: What solves the problem?
The E 13 error indicates a camera failure. This may be due to a loose connection, an open cover, or outdated firmware.
If your robot display shows “Mowing” or “Home”, but the robot is not moving, it may be caused by a disconnected or inactive camera. This can often be fixed by checking the camera cable and restarting the robot.
The internal camera is disconnected or not working properly.
Check the camera cable (harness):
Open the camera cover of the robot
Disconnect and Reconnect it gently
Check the camera cover:
Make sure the camera cover is closed tightly
Restart and update firmware:
Turn off the robot, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on
Update to firmware 1.2.33 or newer
