Charging problems may occur if the battery is too hot or too cold, or if there are communication issues between the battery and the robot. These steps will help you fix most temperature-related charging errors.
Possible Cause
The battery temperature may be too high (above 75 °C) or too low (below 3 °C) during charging.
What You Can Do
Please move the machine and charging station to a shaded or cool place, and resume charging after the battery reaches the optimal temperature range.
Take the machine outside the charging station, turn it off, wait 2 minutes, turn it on, and then put it back into the charging station.
If the problem is still not solved, please share whether the battery pack is original and the battery pack model.
