E1 - Power or Grass Issues Inside the Mowing Area

If your mower is unable to operate properly inside the mowing area, please check the following:

  1. Inspect the charging station power supply.

    • If the indicator light is green, restart your mower.

    • If the light is off, disconnect and reconnect the power supply, and try another socket.

    • Replace the power supply if necessary.

  2. Check the grass and ground near the charging station area.

    • Remove stones, soil, or uneven patches.

    • Set up visible barriers in sparse or uneven areas.

    • Lay magnetic strips if the mower struggles to recognize boundaries.

    • Treat or reseed areas of sparse grass.
