Ensure optimal performance and flexibility across the Worx Powershare System by understanding battery compatibility and usage guidelines.

Battery Compatibility

All Worx 20V batteries are interchangeable within the 20V tool range, including:

• 20V Power Share tools

• 40V (2x20V) Power Share tools

• 60V (3x20V) Power Share tools

• 80V (4x20V) Power Share tools

Optimal Battery Performance

Any 20V battery will work across the range, but using a higher amp-hour (Ah) battery can improve performance, particularly for tools with higher power requirements.

Mixing Battery Amperage

For tools requiring multiple 20V batteries, such as 40V or 80V tools:

• Use batteries with the same amperage and charge level, such as two fully charged 4.0 Ah batteries.

• Avoid mixing batteries with different amperages, as the tool will operate at the lower amperage.

Battery Charging

For faster and more efficient charging, especially for high amp-hour batteries, consider:

• The WA3880 quick charger

• The WA3884 dual port quick charger

Cross-Compatibility with Other Worx Tools

All tools within the Worx Powershare System are compatible with any battery from the Powershare range, including the Landroid. This allows for flexible and convenient battery usage across your Worx tools.
