Network Troubleshooting Guide for Landroid Connection (For Administrators and Experts)

1. Network Settings Test 📱

  • Set up a second phone or mobile device as a hotspot and connect your phone to this Wi-Fi network.

  • Try pairing the Landroid through this hotspot network. If the pairing is successful, this indicates that your main Wi-Fi settings may be blocking the Landroid’s connection to its servers.

    • 🔔 Note: Once you turn off the hotspot, the Landroid will lose its internet connection. This test is only intended to help identify potential issues with your main network settings.

2. Check Router Settings for Landroid Connection 🔧

  • Device Communication: Ensure your router allows communication between devices on the same network or has separate names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

  • DHCP Enabled ✔️: Confirm that DHCP is enabled on your router.

  • Wi-Fi Mode 📡: Set your Wi-Fi mode to b/g/n mixed for compatibility.

  • Channel Width 🔵: Set the channel width to 20MHz.

    • ⚠️ Important: If you have a firewall or other security feature, you may need to temporarily disable it for pairing to succeed.
