Landroid is an IoT device, and to ensure full functionality and keep its software up to date, you must connect it to the internet.
To connect your Landroid, you'll need your Wi-Fi network's name (SSID) and password, along with the serial number of your robot. For newer models, you can scan the QR code located under the cover or on the side of the robot using your mobile phone. For older models, the serial number is on a sticker on the back of Landroid or near the keyboard, under the cover.
Download the latest version of the Worx Landroid App from the Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for Apple) and follow the app's instructions.

Wi-Fi Coverage: Ensure Landroid is within the Wi-Fi network's coverage area.
Network Compatibility: Both Landroid and your smartphone must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Landroid uses the 2.4GHz band for its range and performance through obstacles. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz network during pairing, then re-enable it afterward.
Router Settings: Check the following settings on your router:
Wi-Fi mode is set to b/g/n mixed.
Channel width is set to 20MHz.
DHCP is enabled.
Use the main network, not the "Guest" network.
Temporarily disable any firewall or security settings that may interfere with the connection.
You can configure your Landroid to connect to Wi-Fi using a USB drive.
Firmware Update: Ensure Landroid is running the latest firmware.
Access Your Account: Log in to your Worx Landroid Account and open your mower's page.
Wi-Fi Configuration: Click "configure" in the “Wi-Fi Configuration” box.
Download Configuration File: Enter your Network Name (SSID) and Password, then download the .json file.
Prepare USB Drive: Copy the .json file onto an empty USB drive formatted in FAT32.
Connect USB Drive to Landroid:
7-digit Display Models: When the process completes, "USB" will appear on the display. Remove the USB drive.
LCD Display Models: Follow the on-screen instructions.
