Landroid can be scheduled to mow your lawn in two ways: manual or automatic. This guide covers both modes, helping you select the best option for your needs, along with additional features to fine-tune your mower's performance.
Note: These functions require App version 2.0+ and mower firmware version 3.16+.
Advanced AI Features: Landroid’s IoT-based AI considers lawn size, soil type, grass species, irrigation, and weather to create and adjust a mowing schedule automatically.
Hands-Free Operation: Once set, Landroid mows without further input. You can set times and days to exclude, allowing uninterrupted use of your lawn.
Protect Wildlife: To safeguard nocturnal wildlife like hedgehogs, this mode prevents mowing after sunset. Landroid adjusts automatically based on season and location.
Override AI: Set the work schedule manually for full control over Landroid’s mowing times.
Edge Cutting: Specify days for mowing lawn edges.
Charging Times: The schedule includes time needed for charging.
Work Twice a Day: Allows Landroid to mow twice daily. For instance, you could set it to mow from 6–8 AM and again from 6–8 PM.
Pause Mowing for Events: Activate "Party Mode" to suspend Landroid’s schedule during events. Remember to disable it afterward so Landroid resumes its routine.
Make Up for Lost Time: If Landroid misses a session due to rain or an event, use "One Time Schedule" to add extra mowing hours. Once complete, it returns to the regular schedule.
Touch-Up Borders: This feature lets Landroid mow the perimeter once for quick touch-ups, then return to base.
